Sange Sherpa is a unusual character in the ultra-trail community. He doesn't trainmuch, works odd jobs and takes part in countless races every year. His approach toultra running is simple and singular, do not talk to him about training plans, coaches,race strategy or nutrition plan but... that does not stop him from shining. And aftermore than 15 years of practice, his passion for trail running is as strong as on the first day
Its totally different between. The trails in Nepal is more wild and technical but the trails of UTMB for me is like a highway, easier and more comfortable to run.
Most of path are used by thausands of people every day.
Obviously the training in high altitude gives a lots of advantages specially in breathing I feel more comfortable.
I have nothing special training.
Mostly I participate on many competitions with very short recovering time like: Doing one race almost every two weeks. It depends on my feeling but sometimes I’m running every weekend.
6 days before UTMB, I just been participated one race of 70km with 5000D+. Now I feel well prepared however it can go very well or very bad !

FUGA GRIP LAB-"Foulées”
In order to fulfill the demand of a few runners for testing, we have choose weekly evening run organized by Foulées.
We had a great time of sharing and exchanging about the Kailas gear with very positive feel.

EXPO
We had non-stop visitors to the booth throughout the event. Many runners came to test Kailas gear.
Everyone found the shoes very comfortable and fantastic lacing system.
