- The top crown features Ultra-High-Molecular-Weight Polyethylene fiber composite (Kevlar) as an anti-penetration outer shell, known for its lightweight, high strength, superior abrasion resistance, strong toughness, and outstanding impact resistance.
- The main body is constructed with Expanded Polypropylene (EPP) in-mold technology, offering excellent deformation recovery, effective shock absorption, high strength, and a lightweight build. It is also non-absorbent, heat-insulating, non-toxic, odorless, and recyclable.
- The top impact buffer zone uses high-density in-mold EPS foam to provide superior impact protection.
- Features a patented clip-in assembly structure that joins two shell bodies of different densities via dedicated clips. This eliminates glue aging risks, reduces helmet weight, and delivers targeted protection across different areas of a single shell.
