Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy. Items purchased from kailasgear.com can be returned within 7 days from the time you receive the items.
To be eligible for a return, here are a few things to keep in mind:
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase is also needed.
- Items purchased anywhere except kailasgear.com must be returned to the original place of purchase.Please note that we will only process returns and refunds for Product(s) bought in kailasgear.com
- As the display capabilities and graphic properties of computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices may vary, Kailas cannot guarantee that the color displayed on your monitor will be completely accurate.
- Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), sale items and gifts. Please contact us if you have questions about your specific item.
- Please note that for size or preference-related returns, customers are usually responsible for return shipping costs & customs duties.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@kailasgear.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

One-year Warranty
Kailas guarantees that the materials and workmanship in every product we make will stand up to the use for which it is designed. If you're having problems with our product, please contact us via email for return authorization, and return the product, shipping prepaid, to us for inspection and repair.
If after inspection we find a product failed due to a manufacturing or material defect, we will repair or replace the product, at our opinion, without charge. This warranty does not cover natural breakdown of materials that occurs inevitably with extended use, defects caused by alteration, improper care, misuse, etc. Kailas is not liable for any damages, losses and/or costs incurred resulting from the loss or usage of our products. Products with damages that are not covered in our warranty service will be repaired for a reasonable charge, plus shipping.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-8 business days.
