Customs Duties

As per local regulations, all import (customs) duties and/or taxes must be settled by the purchaser.

Please note that taxes are more likely to apply to an order that has been shipped via expedited shipping.

Orders are usually shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). During public holidays, it might take longer to ship your order.

Once your order has been shipped, we will update your order status and send you an email with the tracking number(s).

Delivery to remote areas or islands (such as Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico) may take longer than usual or incur additional shipping fees.

PO BOX / APO / FPO / DPO addresses are not recommended, as expedited shipping is unavailable and delivery delays or losses may occur.

Orders shipped to Russia can only be delivered via China Post, with an estimated delivery time of approximately one month. Kindly ensure you accept this timeframe before placing your order.

Your order will be delivered by one of our trusted shipping partners, depending on the shipping method selected.

Standard Shipping: Local postal services or reputable international courier partners.

Express Shipping: FedEx.

We can change the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase. If your payment finished and the parcel is not shipped out, you can change your order before your item’s delivery. Orders can't be changed once the parcel is shipped out.

In seldom cases, orders may be charged the customs fees by your government, not our site, you will be responsible for the charges. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we have no control over the customs authorities in your country or any other. Contact your local customs office for more information about customs fees, duties, and taxes.

Sometimes, the fastest way to get your order to you is to ship some items separately from different warehouses. We try to minimize this whenever possible, but if we do need to split your order, you will never have to pay for additional shipping. We will also provide multiple tracking numbers so you can see the shipments on their way to you.

If your payment finished and the parcel is not shipped out, you can cancel your order before your item’s delivery. To request a cancellation, contact our Customer Service team at service@kailasgear.com or through our "contact us form". We'll make every effort to assist you, but cancellation is not guaranteed once the order is placed.

Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be dispatched. You'll receive tracking information via email once your orders have been shipped. The shipping information can’t be tracked until your orders are shipped.

On average it takes 7-15 business days for the order to arrive. However, some major holidays such as Easter, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year's day; there will be some delivery delays to all international destinations. However we send all international parcels via a tracked express shipping service so vou will be able to check on the progress of your order while in transit.

If your package has been shipped but may not arrive as previously scheduled, the shipping is delayed as the result of peak season. We are very sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused you and hope you can understand. Please feel free to email us (Contact us form) in the future if you want further updates on your order.

We aim to ship orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. Tracking information will be available once the order has been shipped.
