Aleš Česen is passionate about mountaineering and rock climbing. He enjoys challenging himself and is particularly drawn to extreme expeditions and technical ascents. He constantly seeks new routes and has left his climbing tracks in famous mountain ranges such as the Alps, the Tian Shan Mountains in Kyrgyzstan, the Karakoram Range, and the Himalayas. For Aleš Česen, mountaineering is not just a sport but a means of exploration - exploring nature and discovering oneself.

He loves his profession as a mountain guide because it allows him to do what he excels at and share his passion for climbing with others. At the same time, he also desires to pursue climbing purely for himself - pushing his limits and engaging in technical ascents either with friends or on solo endeavors. Climbing is not just a hobby for Aleš Česen; it is his sole way of life.
