Care Guide

Notes: Avoid prolonged wear in high-temperature conditions.
Do not use road running shoes for trail running.
Avoid contact with sharp objects.
It is recommended to rotate between two pairs of shoes to extend lifespan.

Cleaning & Washing: Prepare mild detergent, an old toothbrush or soft brush, cardboard, cloth, and stain remover (do not use strong or aggressive cleaning agents).
Outsole: Keep dry. Bbrush off mud with a stiff brush.
Upper: Remove laces and insoles. Brush off dust and dirt with a soft brush. Soak briefly in warm, soapy water, gently brush off remaining dirt, then rinse with clean water.
Insoles: Clean with mild soapy water or a baking soda solution. Rinse and air dry..
Laces: Rinse directly with clean water.
Remove insoles and allow shoes to air dry in a cool, dry place. Insoles may be placed in a well-ventilated, sunny area to dry.
